Gift guide season is my favorite time of the blogging year.
I like to think of myself as a very thoughtful gift giver. Every year I have a note on my phone and as people mention something that they like I add it to my note so I have a stockpile of ideas when it comes time for their birthday or Christmas. (Shout out to my friend and former boss Matthew for that idea.) I love giving people something that they’ve wanted or talked about but didn’t buy themselves.
When it comes to gifts this year, I’m all about the dainty gold jewelry (OBSESSED with Mejuri, I’ve been recommending it to everyone—I wear my thumbtack studs and small gold hoop every day), Madewell goods and all the comfies (those joggers though). Here are a few things on my wish list this year, plus what I’ll be gifting to the gals in my life.

I love the tailored look of this cozy sweater coat, the perfect layering piece when it’s too warm for a jacket but too cold for a cardigan.
2. NARS Orgasm Afterglow Lip Balm
This hydrating balm has the perfect hint of color and looks gorg on all skin types. It’s the perfect stocking stuffer or a little something special for your favorite glam girl.
3. Mejuri Diamonds Line Necklace
If diamonds are your best friend, this dainty diamond bar 14k solid gold necklace is the perfect everyday piece. Mejuri is a good go-to for fine jewelry without the fine-jewelry prices.

Hourglass makes the most perfect palettes, and any beauty girl should add this one to her list. Dim light is my all-time favorite finishing powder, and their bronzers and blushes have become mainstays in the makeup bags of all the beauty gurus.
These scrunchies are perfect for sleeping and won’t leave a crease in your hair, but they’re pretty enough to wear out of the house too.
This little chunky hoops are also on my wish list this year. Super trendy and cool but at a price that won’t break the bank. Also, Madewell earrings are such great quality and wear super well.
Another Mejuri piece, these real yellow gold studs are a little luxury that you can wear every day and never take off. Also on my list!
Similar to the Free People scarf that everyone had last year, this scarf is SO SOFT and comes in the prettiest vibrant red, perfect for the holiday season.
9. bright on™ premium teeth whitening and LED accelerator light
I started working for SmileDirectClub this year when I moved down to Nashville, and I can’t get enough of their bright on premium teeth whitening. It’s super easy to use, really works, and the LED accelerator light helps whiten teeth even faster—and makes for amazing selfies. This is such a fun gift that all my family and friends have asked for!
Don’t drop $80 on a silk pillowcase. Just look for something made from 100% mulberry silk, like this one on Amazon. A silk pillowcase is a game-changer for hair and skin, preserving blowouts and preventing bed head, sleep creases and wrinkles.
These buttery soft Lulu pants give off the same “naked sensation” as the standard Align pant (yet again, wearing them as I write this post—don’t judge me). Naturally, the joggers are also on my list.
